As we enter winter, let us remember there was a time when sunshine was actually warm and fur coats were silly. Last September I had the extreme pleasure of modelling for good friend/stylist Jenny Gregor (you may remember, she also helped make my SS.2012 shoot flow like sweet gravy.) She enlisted photographer, Viktor Radics aka ViKPIC CREATIVE and we spent the day shooting in and around his boat. I loved being the doll in the dress up game of styling as Jenny has the most impressive personal collection of clothing + accessories known to man. I can’t say enough great things about this team! I thought the originals were awesome, and then he gently touched them up so I had to learn how to backflip so I could do one over them.
His lovely wife also steered the boat one-handed and even filmed this behind the scenes using only the iPhone4.

It was my annual birthday on September 8th. Now that you know, it’s not too early to start planning my surprise party for next year.. I had an early celebration in Vancouver with my birth parents and cat friends.
It felt like this entire weekend was celebrations actually. There are limited photos but I can try and paint you a picture with my words.

The past two days have been a whirlwind of excitement and modest bird watching. I’ve never felt more energized and content than I am now that my collection has closure with a fantastic photo shoot. I am so incredibly grateful for this whole talented team that came together like magic. I never imagined a shoot could be so fun and go so smoothly that time actually stopped. We finished ahead of schedule with shots to spare! I am truly blessed.. now please witness my blessings.
Once the photos are edited I will launch the official shoot on the cyeoms website but for now here is my teaser video & behind the scenes pics. ENJOY!
